Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and password hash (or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
• Study data: lesson progress, quiz and mock exam results, study time, used to power your dashboard, readiness score, and the pass guarantee.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, referrer, and ad click IDs (e.g., Meta, Google) so we know how you found us.
• Support messages: anything you send through the contact form or AI tutor.

How we use it

To provide the service, personalize your study plan, process payments, verify guarantee eligibility, improve the product, and (with consent where required) send you relevant emails. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and advertising/analytics platforms (Meta, Google) for measurement. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and marketing attribution. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; core functionality requires authentication cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@realtyprep.ca.
